วิธีใช้

การฆ่าเชื้อระดับสูงและ การใช้เพื่อยับยั้งไวรัสก่อโรค Covid-19 ใช้ความเข้มข้น 5% เตรียมโดยใช้น้ำยา 50 มล. ต่อน้ำ 1 ลิตร ผสมให้เข้ากัน ใช้แช่อุปกรณ์เครื่องมือแพทย์ โดยให้น้ำยาสัมผัสพื้นผิว 5 นาที แล้วล้างออกด้วยน้ำสะอาด

การเช็ดความสะอาดและฆ่าเชื้อ ผสม 5% กับน้ำ เทใส่ขวดสเปรย์หรือเครื่องพ่นน้ำยา สเปรย์ให้ทั่วบนเครื่องมือแพทย์ ในทิ้งไว้ 5 นาที แล้วเช็ดออกด้วยผ้าสะอาด

สำหรับการฆ่าเชื้อระดับปานกลาง ใช้อัตราส่วน 0.5% (น้ำยา 5มล.ต่อน้ำ 1 ลิตร) ที่20◦C ใช้ระยะเวลาให้พื้นผิวสัมผัสน้ำยา15 นาที

VIRUSOLVE®+ Concentrate


SPORICIDAL DISINFECTION & CLEANING FOR MEDICAL

 Virusolve®+ is a patented proven HLD (High Level Disinfectant). The formulation does not contain any hazardous aldehydes or chlorine generating components.

Virusolve®+ is highly effective as a cleaner and terminal HLD against bacterial spores, mycobacteria, bacteria, fungi and viruses. The product is designed to eliminate the risk of cross-infection from spores, TB, viruses, fungi and bacteria.

Virusolve®+ does not simply render the microorganisms inert but has been demonstrated to kill these by disrupting the RNA of the microorganisms. It is safe to use on any surface and is odorless and colorless.

Application

General Surface Cleaning and Healthcare Environment:

For Intermediate Level Disinfection: Dilute Virusolve®+ to 0.5% with water (5ml per litre) at 20°C

For High Level Disinfection: Dilute Virusolve®+ to 5% with water (50ml per litre) at 20°C

Dispense Virusolve®+ diluted solution directly onto the surface to be treated and wipe gently over the whole area with a clean low lint cloth.

Allow a minimum contact time of 1 minute before wiping clean or brushing to remove grease, blood and organic debris. Removal of stubborn deposits may be assisted by the use of a stiff bristle brush. Rinse treated surface with clean water if required.

Non-immersible Medical Devices and Equipment

Apply the Virusolve®+ solution onto a low lint cloth and wipe the relevant medical device or equipment ensuring the full surface of the device remains wet for at least 1 minute (ILD) or 5 minutes (HLD).

Rinse the surface of the medical device with a damp cloth of water.

Medical Devices

For Manual Disinfection of instruments and equipment:

Stage 1:

Make sure that instrument has been thoroughly cleaned (with Viruzyme family or Virudet N Manual) and rinsed.

NB Virusolve®+ at 5ml/L(30 minutes contact time) is pre-cleaner and pre-disinfectant (ILD) for critical and semi-critical medical instruments.

Stage 2:

  1. Make Virusolve+ solution at or 50ml/L (5%) with water.
  2. Soak for 5 - 10 minutes making sure that all internal channels are flushed through. This ensures bactericidal, fungicidal, virucidal, mycobactericidal and sporicidal performance is attained. Note: Ensure that all spaces and recesses are completely filled with Virusolve®+ fluid and no air pockets exist
  3. Rinse in sterile water and dry with sterile material The medical device is now ready for use
